Digital Marketing

CocoArt was the first client we handled from 2011 to 2013. CocoArt is a small handmade craft business from Blitar that produces coconut shell bags.
When we first started working with them in early 2011, CocoArt had only two employees and a monthly revenue of less than IDR 10 million. After nearly a year of refining the right digital marketing strategy for their handcrafted coconut shell bags, CocoArt experienced a market breakthrough in February 2012, achieving a monthly revenue of no less than IDR 50 million and expanding their workforce tenfold to 20 employees.

Saikanku is a fish extract drink made from wild snakehead fish (kutuk) and contains albumin. It is produced by Denta Cahya Abadi, a company based in Blitar Regency.

We managed Saikanku’s digital marketing from 2016 to 2019, primarily focusing on increasing product awareness, generating leads, and driving sales conversions. Similar to our work with ZaidanMall, we handled Saikanku’s digital marketing comprehensively. However, the key difference was that we were unable to run digital ads for Saikanku, as at the time, all advertising platforms restricted the promotion of herbal or medicinal products like this.

ZaidanMall is a Hajj and Umrah supply store brand in Blitar that we managed from 2016 to 2022.
At ZaidanMall, we handled their digital marketing comprehensively, including product analysis, proposing new products, creating product packages, product photography, promotional content creation, website development, marketplace management, social media management (including Instagram and YouTube), advertising across all digital platforms, and even providing customer service for sales closing and daily sales reporting.

In early 2017 until the end of 2018, Argia ventured into retail under the Argia Gallery brand. We started selling Orlin-branded Japanese folding mats, sourced from Pandeglang, Banten.
At that time, Orlin appointed us as the official distributor for East Java, and we managed to achieve monthly sales of up to 1,000 units.
Our strategy to drive sales focused on expanding our reseller network through advertising on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

Unfortunately, just as our sales were peaking, a competitor entered the market, importing similar Japanese mats directly from China at half the retail price of our product, with identical appearance and features. This caused a sharp decline in our sales, forcing us to shut down the Argia Gallery division by the end of 2018.

Agung Sari is a large snack wholesaler based in Bekasi. We have been managing Agung Sari’s digital marketing since August 2024.
Our work for Agung Sari includes comprehensive digital marketing management, covering product photography, video content creation, social media management, product and order management on marketplaces, advertising on TikTok and Meta Ads, and live streaming on TikTok and Shopee.
